The role is for Shiro to work together with Shinnosuke and the Kasukabe Defense Force over the secret of Nana, a small dinosaur he met on the Kasukabe riverbank.

Kitamura said, “When I was offered the role, I received a letter from the director, in which he wrote in his own handwriting that the character “Billy'' was created with Takumi Kitamura in mind, and I was very moved. Expectations are also high for the character of Billy, who was drawn by the director with Kitamura himself in mind.

Furthermore, the talented comedy duo Oswald, who is a regular finalist at the “M-1 Grand Prix” and was crowned champion at the “42nd ABC Comedy Grand Prix,” will be making their first attempt at voice acting in this work.

Ito plays the role of Ammoner Ito, the operator and system administrator of “Dino's Island,'' a major theme park where dinosaurs have been brought back to life in modern times, where Shinnosuke, the Kasukabe Defense Force, and Ai-chan visit. Hatanaka will play the role of Chu, a staff member on “Dino's Island.”
