According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Atlas Entertainment acquired the rights to a live-action film adaptation of Voltron to World Events Productions. Voltron is undoubtedly an attractive franchise, its adaptation rights for the big screen have already passed through the hands of New Regency and Relativity Media, but neither company has shown the ability to carry out such a project, it is now Atlas Entertainment’s turn to show service .
The producers now in charge of the project are Charles Roven, Richard Suckle and Steve Alexander (Get Smart, The International and The Dark Knight).
