“Gather together, a festival of creators”

Trident Works Co., Ltd. (Utsunomiya City, Tochigi Prefecture, CEO Tomohito Tsuchibashi) is a comprehensive community event for creators.The CREATORS” was held at Akihabara UDX AKIBA_SQUARE (Akihabara, Tokyo) and other locations on April 19th (Friday) and 20th (Saturday), 2024.

On the day of the event, the venue was crowded with many creators, and the final number of visitors was as follows.

• Total number of participants: 2,309 people

• Number of participants at the two-day social gathering: 1,243 people

Thank you very much to all the creators who came to visit us.

In addition, we have implemented various measures for this event, and we have received a great deal of positive feedback.

There is a photo spot with a large display of past main visuals of “The CREATORS” and sponsor company logos, and next to it, visitors can write messages like a message board.message boardhas been set up.

There were a lot of messages left on the board when we left on the second day, and many of them were positive, such as “I’m glad to be able to participate in such a wonderful event! Thank you very much!” I am glad to read that you enjoyed it.

There were also many autographs and illustrations, giving the event a “like-ness” created by creators.

“The CREATORS” brings together creators from various industries.

For example, even if you were looking for an illustrator, you didn’t know what type of business they were in until you talked to them, which was an issue for the first time.

Therefore, we introduced the “industry card” from the second episode, making it possible to determine what type of industry the customer is in even before talking to them.

This helps our attendees feel that the event was meaningful during the limited event time.

And this time, we have introduced a new “appeal sticker”.

“Looking for work! By attaching 4 types of stickers such as “” to industry cards, it is now possible to express your intentions without making a sound.

Among them, “I’m looking for 〇〇! ”, the 〇〇 part is blank, and there are some types that you can use by writing in the type of business you are looking for.The appeal stickers were well received in the post-event survey, and by the end of the second day, most of the stickers had been completed. It had been used up.

◤ Creator Exhibition ◢

A creator exhibition held by recruiting creators who want to showcase their works.

85 works including illustrations and designs were exhibited at the venue on the day.

At the bottom of the work, we will post the creator’s name, SNS account ID, self-promotion message, and SNS account QR code, so if you are interested in a creator while viewing the exhibition, you can check their SNS on the spot. .

This event was attended not only by creators but also by companies looking for illustrators, etc., and served as an exhibition-type portfolio.

We are conducting a survey of our attendees after the event, and we are receiving feedback on what we liked and what we didn’t like.

Based on these, we will continue to devise various measures going forward.
