◆ “Elden Ring” becomes a heartwarming manga? A work depicting possibilities to be serialized
From Software's action RPG “Elden Ring” has been adapted into a heartwarming comedy manga with a new series.

This work, which depicts a boldly arranged dark worldview, is an omnibus short story collection that depicts the “what if” that the NPCs that appear in the game might have done in the land between. The manga artist for this work is Shunichi-sensei, who also worked on “Doctor Strange” (published by Kodansha).

The memorable first episode features a broken-hearted girl named Roderica. Roderica feels uneasy in her new home, but the members of the Round Table, including the magician Roger, the Maiden of Death, and Fear, are curious about the long-awaited visitor. If Roderica, who had lost her companions and was in grief, had spoken to the members of the Round Table, what might have happened before she made her comeback as a spirit master?

In addition to Roderica, NPCs such as the Outlaw, Warrior's Jar, and Alexander will also appear, as well as animals that roam the land and nameless soldiers.

[Synopsis]

What if Roderica was talking to the members of the Round Table…?
What if the ruffian gets tired of shrimp…?
What if Alexander had fought the Treeguard?

The land between the trees was once blessed by the Golden Tree. This is a story of the “possibilities” that may have unfolded for those who lived there in a different, faraway world.

The manga “ELDEN RING: The Tale of the Distant Gap” is scheduled to begin serialization in the free online magazine “COMIC Hu” on Thursday, July 4th. Also in COMIC Hu, the gag manga “ELDEN RING: The Road to the Golden Tree” is being serialized, so please check that out too.
