The acclaimed director Mamoru Oshii (Ghost In The Shell) revealed at a promotional event for his film Assault Girls that his next live-action film will be an adaptation of Tetsujin 28. This will be the second film adaptation in recent years, in 2005 Shin Togashi also made an adaptation for the big screen without much success, let’s see if Oshii will pull his weight and make a great film.
