A Kadokawa announced that an anime adaptation of the comedy manga is in production Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi (A Ninja and Assassin Living Together) by HundredBurger. Without revealing the format of the anime, we know that the animation was delivered to the studio SHAFT (Puella Magi Madoka Magica, Sangatsu no Lion, Monogatari).
The manga’s title is shortened to NinKoro.
Ninja to Koroshiya no Futarigurashi began to be published in Comic Dengeki DaiohG in August 2021 and its 4th volume will be released on April 26th. The manga was nominated in the Best Printed Manga category at the “Next Manga Awards” in 2022.
The story of the comedy manga revolves around Satoko, a naive kunoichi (female ninja), and Konoha, an assassin who is a high school student. Satoko escapes the ninja village, meets Konoha, and they begin to live a life together full of danger and excitement.
