Sanrio has released a teaser video for the TV anime adaptation of “JOCHUM,” a character jointly developed by JO1 and Sanrio, which will air on Fuji TV's “Mezamashi Doyoubi” program starting this summer, as well as the voice actors who will be playing the 11 characters.

The 11 characters of JOCHUM will be appearing in a “talking” state for the first time in the teaser video. The video includes scenes that introduce the 11 characters, such as “Mamechii”, who aims to be a hero, flying through the sky with a striking pose, and “Chimata”, who dreams of eating all the sushi in the world, enjoying a conveyor belt sushi restaurant.

This time, young voice actors were selected to play the role, in line with JOCHUM's character concept of “chasing dreams.” The main story, which will begin this summer, will be a one-minute short anime, with the first few episodes introducing each of the 11 characters.

Some stories will explore the past of each character that has never been told before, as well as relationships between characters that are different from what has been shown before, making it enjoyable for those who are getting to know JO1 and JOCHUM for the first time, and even those who missed the first episode.
