McDonald’s “Chicken Tatsuta” sales start, video and visual released in collaboration with “Conan”

On the 17th, McDonald’s Japan started selling two types of burgers: the classic “Chicken Tatsuta” and the new product “Yurinji Cheese Chicken Tatsuta.” Additionally, from 5 p.m., “Rice Chicken Tatsuta” and the new product “Rice Chicken Tatsuta Oil Lín Jī Cheese” will be available at the same time.

“Chicken Tatsuta” is a popular product that has been loved for over 30 years since it first appeared in 1991. We want people to enjoy the “Chicken Tatsuta” series, which can be said to be a “hidden treasure” once a year, so this year we have realized our first collaboration project with the popular anime “Detective Conan.” Collaboration videos and visuals have been released.

The new product “Yurinji Cheese Chicken Tatsuta” is a product that goes perfectly with the flavorful Yulinji sauce and mellow white cheddar cheese, making both products enjoyable in the morning.

From 5pm, you can enjoy the night-only flavor “Rice Chicken Tatsuta” sandwiched between 100% Niigata Prefecture Koshihikari rice buns and the new product “Rice Chicken Tatsuta with Yu Lingji Cheese”.

Additionally, starting on the 17th, as part of a collaboration project between Chicken Tatsuta and Detective Conan, an outdoor advertisement will appear for a limited time in Shibuya that uses the heroine Ran Mori’s distinctive hairstyle as an arrow pointing to a McDonald’s store. The first unique outdoor advertisement in Conan’s history will be displayed at the Nishimura Building in Shibuya until the 29th.
