High School DxD 5 could be on the way

The hope of the anime’s return High School DxD It has now just gained further momentum thanks to a publication from its official Twitter account.

O official twitter in High School DxD revealed that the spinoff novel will begin publishing on May 17th Junior High School DxD – The Transfer Student is a Samurai Girl and that the franchise already has more than 7.8 million copies in circulation.

No Season 5 has been revealed. High School DxD, but clearly the official Twitter hinted that this would happen. We can read:

High School DxD will continue in all kinds of forms, not just novels. Everyone, please continue to support us!

Of course, this statement once again reignited fans’ hopes of seeing more anime from High School DxD.

This staff and design change in season 4 was the target of harsh criticism from fans. While “purists” praised that the new designs were more similar to those shown in the original light novels, the designs used by TNK in the first three seasons were aesthetically superior in almost every way, which is why video games prefer these models over used in season 4.

The anime adaptation of High School DxD It received mixed reviews, with critics praising the quality of the animation, the soundtrack and, at times, the fanservice. The story left critics divided. Some found it a “deeply engaging plot” if rated as “an ecchi story,” while others said the story was a very nice surprise. Unfortunately, the reception of the fourth season was not as expected by the production committee.
