Cosplay has spread from Japan to all over the world, but it has taken root in various parts of the world and has developed its own unique cosplay differentiation. That means there are many attractive cosplayers that you don’t know about yet.

That is why it is necessary for the media to travel to various parts of the world and discover attractive cosplayers that have not yet been seen.

Even in Japan, while cosplay has become well-known to the general public in recent years, many events such as Comic Market and Ikebukuro Halloween Cosplay Festival are concentrated in Tokyo, so there is not a lot of interest in local cosplay events. Recently, the cosplay event “acosta!@Fukuoka PayPay Dome” held in Fukuoka Prefecture has been gaining momentum, and cosplayers from Kyushu are attracting attention.

This time, at the same event, I met Hiyoko (X: @nakukotogadekin) who lives in Nagasaki Prefecture. Originally, she mainly cosplayed as a man, but after playing the game “Genshin” she started cosplaying as a female character. At the event, I had the opportunity to photograph the cosplay of Motoko Kusanagi from Ghost in the Shell.
