Episode 19 of The Misfit of Demon King Academy II has been delayed

After being criticized for its 3DCG animation quality, the official website for the anime series adaptation of the novel The Misfit of Demon King Academy (Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha) by Shu with illustrations by Yoshinori Shizuma announced that episode 19 of the second season has been postponed until May 31st.
It was also revealed that episode 14 will be repeated on May 24th with comments from the voice actors and staff.
The production apologized for the sudden change in broadcast time and assured that everything is to ensure a quality that satisfies viewers.
It is worth mentioning that this series is being produced by the studio SilverLink (Boufuri, Ange Vierge, Dusk maiden of Amnesia), under the production of Aniplex. Interestingly, the second season of “Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha” went through several suspensions due to production problems, but even this extra time was not enough to improve the final quality of part 2 of the second season that premiered in April 2024.

Maou Gakuin no Futekigousha began to be published by Shu in April 2017 at Shōsetsu ni Narō. The manga adaptation by Kayaharuka began to be published in July 2018 in Manga Up! from the Square Enix.
