Chinchillas and hedgehogs are available as cute, round mascots in gacha!

“Manmaru Animals: Round Mouse Mascots,” mascots of rolled-up mice, the popular pet animal, will be available in the capsule toy sections of toy stores and mass retailers nationwide in early June 2024.

The “Round Animals” series is a collection of deformed figures based on curled-up animals developed by Takara Tomy Arts under its “Gacha” brand.

In addition to relatively small animals such as “Perfectly Round Cats” and “Perfectly Round Dogs,” there is also a lineup of “Perfectly Round Big Animals” that includes lions, hippos, and polar bears, as well as “Perfectly Round Big Dinosaurs.”

With this “Perfectly Round Animals – Perfectly Round Mouse Mascot,” mice join the “Perfectly Round Animals” series. Mice are small to begin with, so they are a perfect match for the perfect pose.
The fur, skin, and other features are given a “slightly realistic” feel, expressing the animals' natural characteristics.
In addition to hamsters and hedgehogs, which are often kept as pets, the lineup also includes rare rodents such as chinchillas and naked mole rats.

The lineup includes five types: chinchilla, hamster, hedgehog, house mouse, and naked mole rat.

Comes with a ball chain. Each is approximately 3cm tall.

Capsule toys have an aspect of “your loser is my hit.” There are people who like a sub-character and only want that item, and people who like the main character the most but want all the characters because they want to complete the series, so it's not often that “only XX is a hit for everyone.”
Naked mole rats are animals with a very distinctive appearance and ecology, and while some people just like them, others find them “grossly cute.” Even with this lineup, there are sure to be people who say, “I just want the naked mole rat.”

The “Manmaru Animals Manmaru Mouse Mascot” is affordable and small so it doesn't take up much space. If you see it in a store, feel free to try it out and see if you can get your favorite mouse.
