“Dungeon Meal'' is the first full-length serialized work by Ryoko Kui, who has gained attention and distinguished herself with her unique collection of short stories. This work, which began serialization in the manga magazine “Haruta'' in 2014, has become a hot topic and has won numerous awards, including 1st place in the male edition of “Kono Manga ga Sugoi! 2016''. It is a very popular work, with cumulative circulation of over 10 million copies (including digital versions).

This work, which has received many requests to be made into a media, has finally been made into a TV anime. The animation production will be handled by Studio TRIGGER, which continues to bring to the world works that have attracted attention from all over the world, such as “Little Witch Academia'', “SSSS.GRIDMAN'', and the movie “Promare''.

The “5-person version'' of the opening and ending videos of the second season, which was first shown in the 20th episode “Ice Golem/Barometz'' broadcast on May 16th (Thursday), will be released as a non-credit video.

The opening theme song for the second season is “Fate” sung by Sumika, and the ending theme song for the second season is “Kira Kira no Ash” sung by Regal Lily. The entire ending video is a new illustration drawn by the original author, Ryoko Kui.

In addition, the character introduction that had already been released has been revised and a new character introduction has been released for Izutsumi, who met in the 19th episode “Yamauba/Muma” and started working with Raios and his group.
