The new anime “Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba: Pillar Training'' was broadcast on Fuji TV on the 12th. The opening scene begins with the scene where Kazebashira Miya Fushigawa and Jabashira Iguro Obanai fight together against a demon.

Regarding the first episode, Tomokazu Seki, who plays the role of Fushigawa, commented on Animewik NEWS. In an interview, he talked about the recording process and preparing for the role.

I hadn't yet seen a scene where I used “breathing” to fight demons, so people around me said, “I'm watching Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba!” ''Even when people called out to me, I couldn't really feel it,'' he confessed with a laugh.

In the first episode, Miya Fushikawa's full-fledged battle scene, such as teaming up with Iguro Obanai (voiced by Kenichi Suzumura) and going on a mission, was depicted for the first time in the anime. Regarding Saneya's performance, he said, “I was finally able to perform a scene similar to Demon Slayer: Demon Slayer, where you use “full concentration breathing'' to defeat demons.''

“There were parts of the movie version that I enjoyed even as an audience member and made my heart dance, so I'm grateful that that passion has finally been unleashed,'' he says with a relieved look on his face.

While this is the best part, he also talks about his stance on acting, saying, “Despite how I feel about my younger brother (Genya), I don't think it's necessary for Saneya to express what he doesn't express.''
