Activ8 Co., Ltd. and Asobi System Co., Ltd.’s joint project “ANNIN” has started accepting audition entries from April 1, 2024 to discover next-generation VTubers who will be active in a hybrid of virtual and real.

About this project

This project is a collaboration between Activ8 Co., Ltd., which created the pioneering VTuber Kizuna Al, and Asobi System Co., Ltd., which produces artists such as Kyary Pamyu Pamyu and FRUITS ZIPPER, who share Japanese pop culture with the world. This is an audition for our joint project “ANNIN”.

A next-generation VTuber who is active in both virtual and real life, not only doing virtual (on-screen) activities such as video posting and distribution, but also performing on real stages.

We are looking for star candidates who will work with ANNIN to create new entertainment that combines the expressions unique to virtual and the sense of reality.

The hybrid VTuber group “SHOWCASE” has already debuted in April 2024, and ANNIN will continue to create unprecedented new entertainment.

Audition overview

Those who pass this audition will be provided with general support, including not only virtual activities and distribution like existing VTubers, but also the provision of technology required for activities at real stage events and live performances.
