The venue map for “The CREATORS” to be held on Friday, April 19th and Saturday, April 20th, 2024 has been released.

It brings together corporate exhibition booths, a visiting editorial department, and a creator exhibition where you can promote your own work, making it one of the industry’s largest comprehensive events for creators in both name and reality.

A. We operate this website with the aim of contributing to the development of the industry by connecting a wide range of people in the entertainment industry and deepening exchanges.

Q.What kind of people will come?

A. There are many creators of various creative works, including people involved in entertainment companies such as games, anime, and manga, as well as illustrators, manga artists, and designers. Basically, any entertainment-related company or creator can participate.

Q. How should I pay the participation fee?

A.We assume payment will be made at the venue.

Q.Can I get a receipt?

A. Yes, all participants will receive an invoiced receipt.

Q. I’m aiming to become a creator, but I don’t have any works that I’ve created myself. Can I participate?

A. We are sorry, but we cannot accept participation if you do not have a work that you have created yourself.

Q.What is the difference between daytime events and social gatherings?

A. During the day, you can enjoy corporate exhibition booths, a visiting editorial department, a visitor exchange lounge, and seminars. At the social gathering, participants can interact with each other, including eating and drinking.

Q. Is there a difference between daytime participants and social gathering participants?

A. Yes, there are differences in the application details depending on the participant, such as participation only during the day, participation only at the social gathering, or participation in both.

Q.I am a minor, can I still participate in the event?

A. You can participate in the daytime events without any age restrictions, but since alcohol will be served at the social gatherings, we do not allow people under the age of 20 to participate.

Q. I would like to participate with friends or colleagues. Is that okay?

A. Yes, of course there is no problem if you are involved in entertainment.

Q. Is it okay to sell myself or consult about work?

A. Yes, there is no problem. However, please limit your sales efforts to the extent that it does not cause inconvenience to the other party.

Q. I would like to participate in a social gathering, but I am not sure if I can speak well as it is my first time attending.

A. I completely understand your concerns. Everyone is very polite, so please don’t worry and give them a call!

Q. Do I need a dress coat when participating in a social gathering?

A.Dress coats are not required at social gatherings or during the day, so there is no problem.

Q. Is it possible to leave and re-enter the room midway through?

A. Yes, it is possible. You will be given a wristband at the reception, so if you wish to re-enter, please wear the wristband before entering. (Please note that if you lose your wristband, you may not be able to enter)
