The show has been broadcast as a special program up until now, but from now on it will be broadcast as a regular program once a month. When Toyonaga announced “We've become a regular program!” at the start of the program, viewers flooded him with congratulatory comments such as “Congratulations!!!!” and “88888888888.” He also received a comment that “Mask tape lol” was a cheap way to celebrate, simply sticking masking tape with the words “Congratulations Regular” written on it on his clothes.

During the opening talk, she said, “I'm happy, but there's something that's always bothered me… Before the rehearsal that includes me (Toyonaga), there is a technical rehearsal that only the staff do.

But it's probably the most exciting moment of the day. Today, while I was waiting in the dressing room, I could hear the staff shouting, “Whoaaaa!” and “Kyaaaah!” “It'll be hard to surpass that level of excitement,” Toyonaga said to the staff, “Don't think that rehearsal was the most fun part.” After that, after a status update, they moved on to the gaming topic corner for the first time. The familiar assistant Toyokusa appeared and introduced some interesting gaming topics together with the manager.

Afterwards, there was a knock and Hosoya appeared, asking, “I came here after seeing a flyer for recruiting members, can I come and take a look?” Before the show even started, Hosoya had said that he was “nervous,” and Toyonaga laughed, “This is a laid-back show. The previous guests have really ruined this laid-back show, but now that it has become a regular show, we finally have a decent guest… (laughs).” Hosoya replied, “I heard I was the first one to read the lines that were set.” This drew comments like, “Finally lol,” and “A decent person lol.” Toyokusa's new feature (?) drew a lot of excitement with comments like, “Why lol,” and “Oh lol.” Afterwards, the two looked back on how they first met, their history working together, and how they became friends.

The first corner was “My Game History,” where Hosoya announced three games that he has a special attachment to. “People think I don't play games that much, but I play a lot,” he said, and introduced “Final Fight” in third place and “Street Fighter II” in second place. He talked about playing at a game center in a local shopping mall, and about how he was scolded by his father for playing “Street Fighter II” with a friend at home for a long time. Hosoya, who loves fighting games, said that he thought the first place was “surprising,” and passionately introduced a certain horror game. When Toyonaga casually asked, “Do you play games by yourself, Hosoya?” Hosoya replied in a hushed voice, “Actually, I have two gaming friends…” Toyonaga retorted, “You talk like you're talking about top secret information (laughs).” At one point, a viewer commented that the show was proceeding incredibly smoothly, to which Toyonaga was seen desperately trying to explain, “That's how it was supposed to be! It's just that when I was steering the show, all the guests didn't listen to what I was saying!”

Here, we finally entered the game commentary section. The first game they played was “Super Bunny Man.” It's an action game in which mysterious men called Bunny Men jump around, and this time players cooperate with each other to clear the game. Before the game started, when asked if he had played it before, Hosoya commented, “This is the first time I've heard of it. I always choose games based on the genre, whether it's rated Z or not. I think it's impossible for blood to splatter and not splatter.” Many viewers commented, “Hosoya is violent…” and “It has to be splattered lol.” After that, they immediately started playing the game, but despite playing cooperatively, the two of them moved independently, pushed each other away, and even fell off a cliff together, showing signs of not being in sync. At one point, Toyonaga took off his glasses and wiped away his tears, saying, “I'm crying (lol),” from laughing so hard. The two of them were laughing and having fun from start to finish, and the comments flooded in with comments such as “My stomach hurts,” “I'm crying,” “It's painful lol,” and “It's hard to hold back laughter on the train,” showing that the viewers were also enjoying themselves.

At the opening of the “animelo+” members-only corner, Toyonaga said, “I once had Hosoya read my palm,” to which Hosoya replied, “At one point I loved palm reading so much that I was able to read it,” and once again pointed Toyonaga's hand towards the camera and explained it to him. Hosoya began to speak enthusiastically, saying, “This is called a Masukake line… this is the heart line… this is the brain line…” but on closer inspection it seemed that it wasn't what he had expected, and he immediately apologized, saying, “…this isn't a Masukake line. Sorry, I was wrong.” This drew a flurry of comments like, “Come on, lol,” and “It's not what you expected, lol.”

Next, they played Active Arcade, a motion control game using a smartphone camera. Users can control the game by moving their own body in front of the camera, making it fun to work out while playing the game. Toyonaga tried his hand at a game called POSE, in which players must pose in the same way as an avatar in one of the many different types of games. Viewers commented on Toyonaga's enthusiasm as he imitated one pose after another, saying things like, “Tossy is so cute,” “Too cute lol,” and “I want him to make me an acrylic stand!” Towards the end of the show, they played cooperatively and, for the first time on the show, played a competitive game with prizes at stake. In the competitive game, there was a surprising difference in the points scored by the two players.

At the end of the show, the usual guest status was announced. Hosoya praised the status, which was a compilation of the episodes and memorable scenes discussed during the broadcast, saying, “Amazing! Perfect!” Toyonaga and Hosoya also gave advice to staff members who want to hold future events. The fifth broadcast, the first since the show became a regular, went the smoothest in the history of Seiyuu Game Club, showing the good chemistry between the two, who have been friends for many years. As announced during the show, the next broadcast will be on Wednesday, June 26th from 8pm. The guest will be Ono Daisuke.
