Live-action film of horror fishing game Dredge announced

According to Variety The Story Kitchen is producing a live-action film adaptation of the horror fishing game DREDGE from the Team17 and from Black Salt Games.

The live-action film Dredge is described as follows: “Think ‘The Sixth Sense’ on the water. A blend of atmospheric cosmic horror from HP Lovecraft and Ernest Hemingway“.

In a statement to Black Salt Games stated:

We are excited to partner with such an experienced studio team to bring the world we created to live-action and spark the imagination of audiences around the world.
