Kinema Citrus reveals the anime Goodbye, Lara and Ninja Skooler

The studio Kinema Citrus announced the animes Goodbye, Lara It is Ninja Skooler. You can see trailers for the two projects that celebrate the studio's 15th anniversary here.

Goodbye, Lara, whose trailer you can see above, tells a story similar to The Little Mermaid, by Hans Christian Andersen. The story follows a mermaid who makes a forbidden wish to be loved by a human. After her death, she is reborn 200 years later in modern Japan, at Lake Biwa, where she learns to adjust to the human world. The Lake Biwa set is in Shiga Prefecture, Japan, where the director's hometown is also located. Takushi Koide.
