Junichi Kato heads to Mexico as owner of “Murash FC” – Japan's first match at the Kings World Cup kicks off at 9am on Monday, May 27th

The Kings League's first international tournament, the Kings World Cup, kicks off on May 27th. From Japan, Murash FC, led by popular streamer Junichi Kato, will be participating.

We will fly out to Mexico, where the event will be held, on the evening of the 24th.

◆ Play against the winning team in the American League
The Kings League is a seven-a-side soccer tournament chaired by former Spain national team player Gerard Pique. The tournament is characterized by the fact that teams are owned by popular soccer players such as Neymar and Aguero, as well as influencers such as game commentators and YouTubers. The tournament also has rules that are specialized for entertainment, such as gradually increasing the number of players from the beginning of the match and allowing sudden penalty kicks under certain conditions.

Japan's representative team, Murash FC, will face off against Raniza FC (Uruguay) on Monday, May 27th at 9:00 a.m. They will face off against a strong team that just won the American League championship.

This tournament will be played in a Swiss draw format.

If they win against Raniza FC, they will face the winner of Match C, UA Steel (Ukraine) vs. G3X FC (Brazil). If they lose, they will face the loser of the match. If they lose twice, including the first match, they will be eliminated.
