Impact Jam Co., Ltd. (Head office: Bunkyo-ku, Tokyo,https://impact-jam.com) has announced that they will be holding the “Naniwa Tomoare” POP UP STORE in SHIBUYA109.
A pop-up store selling merchandise related to the manga “Naniwa Tomoare” will be held in two locations in Osaka and Tokyo at SHIBUYA109!
The Osaka venue will be held at the “SHIBUYA109 Abeno Store Event Space” in Abeno Q's Mall, one of the largest shopping malls in Osaka Prefecture, from Friday, June 14th to Sunday, June 23rd, 2024.
The Tokyo venue will be held at “DISP!!!” on the B1F of SHIBUYA109, the event space familiar to many as “Marukyu” in Shibuya, from July 17th (Wed) to July 25th (Thu)!
We have prepared a wide variety of goods for you to enjoy, from limited edition items and car goods to standard items that fans will want to see!
■What is Naniwa Tomoare?
A manga series by Minami Katsuhisa, commonly known as “Nanitomo.”
It consists of 28 volumes of comics, and the second part, “Naniwa Tomo Are”, has been published in 31 volumes of comics.
Set in the Osaka and Senshu regions in the early 1990s, the film depicts the lives of the “Kanjo-zoku,” a group of people who teamed up and raced along the Hanshin Expressway Route 1 Loop Line (commonly known as the Osaka Loop Line) in their carefully-cared, beloved cars.
The depiction of human relationships and vehicle operation is outstanding, but the classic cars that appear in the story and the scenes depicted based on the author's own experiences as a member of the Kanjo-zoku gang are also highlights.
