A pitch contest “Prince JAM!” featuring the new trend of “AI✕Web3 animation” will be held at “IVS Crypto 2024 KYOTO”! Now accepting entries!

• What is “Prince JAM!”

“Prince JAM!” is an AI short animation contest co-sponsored by Puri Prince and SHAKE.

In recent years, AI technology has brought innovation to the field of content production, and the number of works with new approaches is increasing. In addition, with the advancement of blockchain technology, the latest technologies such as anime-specific chains have appeared, and a new flow has been born in funding. In light of these circumstances, Prince JAM! is being held with the intention of creating new opportunities to match Japanese content with global investment.

Similar to last year's Web3 Game Pitch Contest SHAKE! KYOTO, Prince JAM is a work-focused contest that judges works and solicits business partners and investments. Participants will be asked to compile their work into a two-minute trailer and highlight its appeal.

We are planning to invite legendary creators in the anime industry as special judges for this contest. In addition, general judges are expected to be business companies such as distribution companies and publishers, as well as global VCs. Outstanding works will receive cash prizes and business matching support as special jury awards.

Entries to be judged in this contest must meet the following requirements.

・General animation (including CG animation, moving manga, Webtoon, live-action animation processing, etc.)

– Items that use AI technology or tools even partially in the production process.

・Video length: 90 seconds to 3 minutes

・Delivery format: MP4, MOV

・Target: Individuals or corporations over the age of 15 *Student works are also eligible.

・The content must not violate public order and morals.
