Bandai Namco Entertainment held the official program “Hatsusei Gakuen Trial Entrance!” for the smartphone idol training simulation “Gakuen Idol Master” on Wednesday, May 8th.

During the program, the release date of this work was decided on May 16, 2024 (Thursday), and details of the game system were revealed.

The basic flow of the game is to train idols through the main content of “produce” and increase their parameters and affinity.

At the end of the production, the “live” stage, the performance becomes more powerful depending on the idol's growth. We will continue to produce repeatedly, aiming for the final stage of “live at the arena'' and the “TRUE END'' of the story with the idol.

The production progresses in a turn-based manner and consists of four major elements. You can proceed by selecting an action from “Lessons/Classes'' which increase your parameters, “Counseling Room/Activity Supply'' where you can obtain items, and “Going Out/Rest'' to recover your physical strength.

The goal is to grow as an idol through lessons and classes while collecting useful items and paying attention to your physical strength, and preparing for the checkpoint “exam”.

The most basic action “lesson” is a so-called “card game.” Choose a lesson for the parameter you want to increase, and use skill cards to grow the parameter. The lesson is cleared if you reach the target parameters within the turn.

Skill cards are used by consuming “physical strength”. There are also cards that allow you to acquire “energy” that is consumed in place of physical strength, so you need to acquire energy at a good pace and protect your physical strength while raising your parameters.

There are also skill cards with special effects that bring out the personality of the idols.

◆ Lots of functions other than production, such as “live shooting” and “music”!
In addition to producing, it is also equipped with functions such as “Live Shooting,'' which allows you to freely record live scenes, “Music,'' which also supports background playback, and “Changing Clothes,'' which allows you to enjoy changing idols' costumes.

Also, when you play the game for the first time, you can choose one of the nine idols to earn an SSR card of your favorite idol. You will also receive 10 consecutive Gasha jewels.

◆The voice actors in charge are also gorgeous! Three “lesson trainers” released
The familiar “Lesson Trainer” has been released in the series. Mimi Tanaka will play the role of Vo trainer, Yuki Wakai will play the role of Da trainer, and Yu Serizawa will play the role of Vi trainer.

◆“Pre-Release Gasha” will be held on the portal site!
It has been decided that “School Idolmaster Release Gacha” will be held on the Idolmaster portal site. You can earn rewards that can be used in-game by collecting cards by drawing Summons that can be challenged every day.

In addition to this, information outside of the game has been released all at once. Various information has been announced, including a comic adaptation project in Weekly Shonen Champion, the earliest live broadcast starting from 7pm on May 16th (Thursday), and participation in the trading card game “Union Arena.''
