BANDAI SPIRITS has announced that it will be releasing the “Soul of Chogokin GX-111 Great Mazinger Kakumei Shinka”. It is scheduled to be released in November, and reservations will begin in stores on June 3rd.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the anime “Great Mazinger”, a completely new “Great Mazinger” has been made into a Soul of Chogokin figure. The body is about 190mm tall and is equipped with the movable structure and various gimmicks of “Kakushin”. The upper arm has a built-in ejection mechanism, and the forearm can be fired as an “atomic punch”. In addition, the “Thunder Break” pose can be recreated with the interchangeable hands, and spike-like “knee kickers” can be attached to both knees to recreate the “knee impulse kick”.
